Our housekeeping standards remain best in class and are now following the new CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
An enhanced pre-cleaning protocol is standard between each group, including a whole house disinfection using EPA-approved disinfectants.
Our housekeeping staff has been trained with standards and protocols, including daily cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces, like tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, remote controls, faucets, and many more.
Additionally, the following items will now be provided for guest use:
· Hand sanitizer
· Disposable face masks
· Disposable gloves
· Disinfectant wipes
Our Guests will be asked to complete an evaluation on behalf of themselves and all travel companions 72 hours prior to arrival and again upon departure. The evaluation asks guests to confirm that they nor anyone in their group have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Our goal is to ensure we’re hosting healthy guests in our clean homes.
To help keep our guests and entire Synergy Retreat community stay safe, destination employees and housekeepers will wear masks and practice social distancing. Guests will also be invited to choose your level of contact with personnel during their stay, including the following:
If you elect to receive any service that requires our staff to enter your residence while you are present (e.g., meal service, housekeeping), you, your guests, and our team members will all be required to wear masks if social distancing is not feasible. You are welcome to wear your own masks for this purpose; we will also provide complimentary masks for your use during your stay.
